Administrative Assistant – Professional Services
We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to support our Professional Services teams.
This is a full time (40 hrs/week) position.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will have responsibility for administering and coordinating Nomis Professional Services. This person will work closely with both the Professional Services VP and the organization.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Track billable expenses and invoices
- Develop and maintain various management reports
- Assist with resource allocation
- Assist V.P. with presentation materials
- Orchestrate meetings for services
- Assist V.P’s. and other staff with projects
- Assist with other administrative/operational duties as assigned
Skills & Experience Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is professional in both manner and presence, with successful experience in financial administration in an enterprise environment
- BS Degree preferred; Financial or Business coursework/certificates
- Minimum 2 + years experience, ideally in financial operations administration; Corporate or Sales Operation experience preferred
- Experience with at least one PS Automation system such as Niku (Clarity), QuickArrow, Netsuite Consulting, Evolve etc is highly desirable
- Strong MS Office Applications skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, spoken and written.
- Positive attitude coupled with the desire to work in a start up environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask
