We are looking for a talented Project Manager with strong analytical, project management, and customer relationship skills to help us deliver and support price optimization solutions for the financial services industry.

This position is located in London, UK.

Responsibilities:
As a member of Nomis Solutions’ Professional Services team, the Project Manager is responsible for managing implementation projects of Nomis’ price optimization software solutions and for overseeing the ongoing operational needs of customers using those software solutions in a production environment.

The Project Manager will supervise a team of business consultants, implementation consultants and modeling analysts in delivering Nomis’ price optimization software solutions to financial services customers on time and within budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction. In addition to standard project management skills such as planning, budgeting, resource assignment and risk management, the Project Manager at Nomis must possess the appropriate business and analytical experience in order to manage a highly skilled team, make difficult trade-off decisions and reach compromises with the customer, confidently communicate project decisions in a way that maintains customer satisfaction and independently represent the company.

At completion of the initial system implementation for a customer, the Project Manager continues oversight of the business and technical aspects of the customer relationship and accesses a team of specialists in handling the following types of tasks:


The Project Manager works closely with the Services Director and the Account Director in developing and managing post-implementation operations plans for customers, communicating progress on those plans to the customer and internally to company management and managing customer expectations. As such, this position requires superior customer interaction skills and the ability to engage in discussions related to Nomis products and best practices in front of customers and company management.
