Frank joined Nomis Solutions in 2005. Frank has over 15 years of financial services domain expertise. Before Nomis, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Decision Management at Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FIC), where he was responsible for development and marketing of optimization solutions to the financial services industry. Prior to Fair Isaac, Frank was Vice President of Product Development for eCoverage, an online insurance company, as well as an associate in the financial services practice at Mercer Management Consulting.
Prashant is responsible for the strategy and tactical development of Nomis's market-leading pricing and profitability management SaaS platform and solution suite. Prashant has more than 15 years of product management and product development experience in building and launching pricing optimization, marketing analytics, and revenue management solutions for the retail financial services, retail and consumer products, and airline industries.
Johnathan has 25+ years of banking experience in Canada, covering retail, insurance, and wealth management, including CIBC, JPM Chase, Equifax, and MasterCard Association. He joined Nomis Solutions eight years ago and is responsible for overseeing our global sales operations.
Brian Buckingham works with clients to implement best-in-class product and pricing solutions that enable deep customer understanding and data-driven decision-making in a rapidly evolving market. Prior to his role at Nomis, Brian served as Director of Deposit Products for Small Business at MUFG Union Bank, where he drove the fee and interest rate pricing strategy, new product development, and portfolio management.
Doug Luftman is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive and now uses his deep legal, business, and tech expertise to drive the Nomis worldwide legal services. Prior to Nomis, Doug worked for companies of all sizes like NetApp, CBS, Caspian Networks, and Intel.
Abhinav is an accomplished hands-on technology executive with a solid track record of building high-performing organizations, defining technology strategies and seamless execution that have positive transformational business impact. In recent years, these include engineering strategies to bring innovation and launching multiple new products (consumer and enterprise), modernizing existing architectures, and transforming traditional data center operations to cloud operations.
Chris is responsible for the finance and accounting functions at Nomis. He started his career at Ernst & Young in San Francisco, leading audits for various technology and investment companies. Prior to joining Nomis, Chris worked for Atmel (acquired by Microchip) as R&D Controller and in business init finance helping to drive profitability and growth. He enjoys merging strategy and finance to help businesses achieve their goals.
Michelle leads Human Resources as the Queen of People at Nomis Solutions. She joined the team in 2013 and has been defining and growing the HR department ever since. She brought her experience in recruiting, performance management, career development, benefits, employee engagement, and training. Prior to Nomis, Michelle worked for Natera, Inc. (NYSE: NTRA), Pano Logic, Inc., and CareerBuilder (NYSE: CBDR) in human resources and human resources solutions.
Bob is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience with technology companies. He has founded or been a founding investor/director of several startups, two of which are now public companies with combined annual sales in excess of $6 billion. Bob's operating experience includes 10 years as founder and CEO of Flextronics, and five years as the CEO of CAS, Inc. Bob has an M.B.A. from Stanford University and an A.B. in statistics from Princeton University.
Bob founded Nomis Solutions in 2002 to help financial service firms use pricing analytics, optimization, and execution to improve profits and market share by better understanding of how customer preferences impact product and portfolio performance. He is responsible for ensuring that Nomis Solutions' analytics continue to be best in class and generate the highest level of value for customers. He is also responsible for leading Nomis Solutions' cutting-edge research and development efforts.
David joined August Capital in 2000. Prior to joining August Capital, David was an intellectual property and corporate attorney at Venture Law Group, Cravath Swaine & Moore, and Perkins Coie LLP. In his legal practice, David represented high-tech startups in all aspects of their formation, financing, and operations, including Yahoo!, When.com (AOL), Evite (Ticketmaster), Topica, Sonique (Terra Lycos), Pure Payments (Excite@Home), BuyDirect (Beyond.com), and Ofoto (Kodak). David earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Scott is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures. He joined the company in 2006. Prior to working at Bain Capital Ventures, Scott was Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board and VP of Marketing and Science for Oracle Retail. Prior to its acquisition by Oracle in 2005, Scott was the president and co-founder of ProfitLogic, a Bain Capital portfolio company. In 2005, Scott was named a winner of the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year Award" in New England. Prior to ProfitLogic, Scott held positions at Learning Sciences Corporation, The Parthenon Group, and IBM. Scott received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA (magna cum laude) in electrical engineering and economics from Brown University.
Steve is an independent director and advisor in the technology industry and currently serves on the Boards of ConvergeOne, Insurity, Netsmart Technologies, Nomis Solutions, SignalDemand, and Virtual Instruments. Steve also serves on the strategic advisory boards of C3 and Genstar Capital and is an advisor to Cloud9 Analytics, GramercyOne, Kepha Partners, Nuevora, and TD Fund. Previously, Steve worked as Senior Vice President of Global and Technical Services at Siebel Systems, Inc., which was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2006. Steve was a member of the Founder's Circle of first employees and the Siebel executive management team.
